Superstar Shahrukh Khan said that any kind of violence against women is the worst act of today’s era. 52 years old actor took part in the campaign which started to end violence against women and girls – ‘Enough is Enough’. The Concert Population Foundation of India, the initiative of actor-director Farhan Akhtar, was organized in collaboration with the filmmaker Firoz Abbas Khan. Shahrukh Khan said, “I know that you people believe that any kind of violence is bad but if there is a word like very bad, then the violence against women is the worst.”

Actor said, “Farhan and I are not taken as tough man because we are mostly gentle, calm and shy and we heartily treat women. I have been always taught that they must be treated equally. I believe that all the people present here will believe women are better than us. I do not think there is any shame in being afraid of women, daughter, sister, mother, wife and girlfriend.”
