Asus has announced a price cut on ZenFone Live in India on Monday. This smartphone was launched in India in May this year. The company has promoted it by calling it a special smartphone for Facebook and YouTube Live. The company claimed that it is the world’s first smartphone with a live streaming beautification feature. The company had kept the price Rs 9,999 at the launch, but later it was sold for Rs 8,999. Now the company has reduced it by Rs 1,000 and now it will be available in just 7,999 rupees.
This smartphone with 5-inch HD display has a 2.5D curved glass. It runs on Android Marshmallow and has 2GB RAM. It has an internal memory of 16GB and has a 64 bit quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor whose speed is 1.4GHz. With a microSD card, its memory can be increased to 128GB. Its battery is 2,650mAh and for connectivity, there are other standard features, including USB OTG. The company claims that it will provide standby timings of 158.8 hours, while 24-hour 3G talktime may be available.
