Pakistan’s another act of shame

Another shameless act has been taken place and is still continuing from Pakistan’s side. Pakistan again did ceasefire and broke the protocol of maintaining peace in cross borders. This time an innocent infant is snatched to death because of Pakistan’s brutal act.

It has been reported that a woman named Kaushalya Devi aged 70-years  got injured in this incident. This time Pakistan brutally crossed all the limits. This treachery again damaged several homes which forced residents to migrate. The evidence is the house’s walls with bullet holes.

“The cross-border firing and shelling continued unabated and has spread to all sectors from Akhnoor to Samba along the IB,” a senior BSF official told PTI.

So far 7 persons including 2 BSF Jawans and an infant have been killed and 18 others injured in the latest ceasefire violation by Pakistan.

Over 700 such incidents have been reported this year, which have left a total of 39 people, including 18 security personnel, dead and scores injured.

Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Hemant Kumar Sharma said relief camps have been set at safer places all along the IB especially in RS Pura and Arnia sectors which have seen heavy mortar shelling by Pakistan over the past two days. These camps have been set up in educational and other government buildings to provide more security and larger space to the civilians. Adequate facilities are provided there in the camps to keep migrants comfortable in this condition of crisis.
