Prime Narendra Modi will participate in a public interaction at London ‘Bharat ki Baat, Sabke Saath’


On Wednesday evening at 5 pm London time (9 pm IST) live telecast of PM Narendra Modi who will participate in a town hall, or public interaction, in London called ‘Bharat ki Baat, Sabke Saath’.

The crowd is expected to be Around 1,500 people who will be present at the venue and some will get to ask questions. Questions will also be sourced.

Prasoon Joshi Chairman of the Central Board of Film Certification will manage the flow of the event.

The venue of the interaction is the iconic Central Hall Westminster an old Methodist church in central London.

The event will see the PM answering questions, expected to be in politics, policy and social themes. The stage provides him an opportunity to showcase India on the global stage and he may also speak on contemporary issues, including recent attacks on the government and BJP over the Kathua and Unnao incidents as well as opposition’s charges of a “flat economy”.

Given the trend of his recent speeches, Modi is expected to debate about the BJP-led government has made a big difference in terms of the economy and welfare measures as compared to the situation he inherited from Congress.
