US President Donald Trump said he could invite North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to visit the United States.
Trump said that if the visit of Kim in Singapore on June 12 is positive, then he may invite Kim.
Trump had given this statement after discussing with Japan’s Prime Minister on 12th June.
Trump said that reconciliation is possible in the Korean War. He said that what happens next, holds a huge importance.
Trump claimed that the US and other collaborators want North Korea to stop their Nuclear programme but at the same time he believes that it cannot be done in a single meeting but might take time longer than that.
Japan’s PM Abe wants to have a one-on-one conversation with North Korea regarding the ban on Japan. North Korea abducted many Japanese in the 1970s and 1980s. Kim’s aim was to train North Korean detectives in Japanese language and customs.
However, North Korea has only signed 13 Japanese kidnappings but in reality, it is a lot more than that. The Japanese Prime Minister told the correspondents that if North Korea wants to take action in the right direction, then their future is bright.
