Vadodara’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya might be in trouble. Hardik Pandya, who is a star player of Team India, Commenting on Baba Saheb Ambedkar the founder of the Constitution of India has been severe. Jodhpur court has ordered to register an FIR against Hardik Pandya for his controversial remark on Dr Baba Saheb. Cricketer Hardik Pandya’s complaint was lodged against Jodhpur under the SC-ST Act.
Advocate D.R. Meghwal said that “Hardik Pandya had called abusive speech against Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar by posting a Twitter on Twitter a few months ago. Meghwal said that earlier police had gone to the police station to register a complaint but the inspector refused to register it.”
Meghwal said that “the inspector said that he could not register FIR against such a big cricket player.” Meghwal then reached the court and issued a complaint; on Wednesday he heard a court order to register an FIR against Hardik Pandya.
In this matter, the court also registered cases against Luni’s Inspector Rajendra Singh, who did not register a case against Pandya.
The tweet criticising Ambedkar came from a handle @sirhardik3777 while Pandya’s official and verified handle is @hardikpandya7.
However, the fake account seems to have been deactivated/deleted as of now.
