Indians are more liable to make use of mobile banking apps!

The study, ‘Customer Experience in Banking’, by global tech company Avaya, which enclosed India, Britain, Australia and the UAE with 5,000 respondents, showed that customers in India were more probable to use a mobile banking app than customers in the other three countries.

As per the study, 26 percent of Indian customers prefer to access services via bank’s website. The same number prefer mobile app rather than talking to a human agent – compared to 19 percent in Australia, 21 percent in Britain and 24 per cent in the UAE.
