Dharmendra makes fun of film industry, says Bollywood has become vegetable market!

Dharmendra has made a very controversial statement recently in which he said, “Today this industry has become a ‘vegetable market’, where you sell vegetables, buy and negotiate, today the artists are dancing and singing anywhere for money. They are going anywhere for money, they are also massaging oil, anything for money, today money is everything, in our time it was not so.” He has worked in more than 300 films in his career. He is known for films such as ‘Phool and Patthar’, ‘Sholay’, ‘Yaadon Ki Barat’, ‘Mera Gaav Mera Desh’ and ‘Chupke Chupke’.
Despite giving many hits, he never got the Best Actor Filmfare Award. Filmfare gave him an award for Best Talent at the beginning of her career, and then finally gave him second prize of Lifetime Achievement. He said, “I was going to take the award because I was told that Dilip Kumar would give me the award. I went there for Dilip Saheb. I did not have any concern for Filmfare. In this industry you should know how to get awards. I do not have such viciousness in me. People adopt the worst ways to get the award.”
