Big disturbances in Twitter, company accepted the fault.

The micro-blogging site Twitter acknowledged that due to a bug last week, the location of the users of some places was highlighted without their permission. According to the reports, the social media giants said in a blog post, “We have identified a disturbance in which very few percent of users, who recently started location sharing, faced an issue where without their permission the location of their city was visible in the tweets having an emoji or GIF.”
The company has said that information about the location has been removed from such tweets which were affected by the bug and the company is informing the users by sending them e-mails. This information about Twitter came to Google two days after the disclosure of the information collected by people through the Android smartphones.
