“Beggars free Hyderabad” – BAN EXTENDED FOR TWO MONTHS

 

Police Department on Thursday issued a statement extending the ban on begging in Hyderabad for two months. In order to create disturbance free and harmless surroundings for the pedestrians and riders this ban against begging was initially imposed on 8th November 2017 for two months. Beggars were put in shelters set up by the department. Apart from that those who gave information of beggars are felicitated with a reward of Rs.500.

 

The order passed in favor of public order prohibits begging in the state capital. The order was issued by Police Commissioner V V Srinivas Rao and he banned unauthorized flying activities of remotely controlled drones, para-gliders and micro-light aircraft in the city limits. The order will be applicable from 7th of January 2018 for one month.
